A key responsibility of this position is to coordinate and facilitate patient scheduling for dental procedures requiring care at the operating room (OR) or surgical center, including coordinating with patients, AMH providers, hospital or surgical center staff, and other involved parties to ensure cases are appropriately scheduled and prepared. The Coordinator will also track and follow up on dental and medical referrals to help ensure patients successfully connect with referred providers and that referral status and outcomes are appropriately documented and communicated to the dental team.…
