Description Position Summary The Bank Collateral Clerk is responsible for processing, tracking, and maintaining vehicle title documents related to indirect auto loans and auto secured direct loans. They will also file Deeds of Trust for property secured loans, as well as UCC’s for business assets or other collateral documented within the loan approval. This role ensures compliance with state regulations and protects the bank’s lien position.
