Requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - Must stay current in CPR/AED/O2 and First Aid, renewed annually. (Training provided by the Y, if needed) - Must complete all required Redwoods Trainings within 30 days of hire and renewed annually. - Must be at least 18 years of age. - High School education or equivalent preferred. - Must be an approved national Personal Trainer Instructor. - Required to lift excessive weight (minimum of 50 pounds). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and inspire clients of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels.
