DUTIES: Under the direct supervision of the SAFEPLAN Manager, SAFEPLAN Advocate responsibilities will include the following: - Provide legal advocacy to victims of domestic and sexual violence; - Assist victims with safety planning - Explain legal process and assist victims in obtaining restraining and harassment orders; - Participate in clinical supervision - Provide supportive referrals to access resources and services. - Maintain up-to-date client files and statistical data. - Any other duties as assigned.
