Description Position Summary: The Patron Services Rep is responsible for providing high quality service in a professional, timely manner by communicating, coordinating, and cooperating with others to attain Omaha Performing Arts goals. This position will sell and reconcile ticket sales by way of various sales channels (telephone, walk up, Internet) with a patron-friendly and solution-oriented demeanor.
