Description JOB SUMMARY The Deaf Services Program Specialist (DSPS) provides direct program support, coordination, and advocacy services for individuals who are Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing (DHH) in support of the Louisiana Commission for the Deaf (LCD) contract.
