This position can be based either in Buffalo, NY or Chicago, IL . Join our team for a 6- to 12-month Packaging Co-Op (25–40 hours per week, 40 preferred). In this role, you will collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Plant Operations, Engineering, and Purchasing to drive our sustainability initiatives, recommend innovative solutions, and lead hands-on projects. Projects will include testing of current packaging, exploring new packaging, creating specs, managing specs, collecting data for CSR reporting, and analyzing packages with our sustainability tool.
