Description The Ultrasound Tech is responsible for providing high quality patient care and displaying good skills in assessment. He/She performs a wide variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures in Radiology Department. Performs all duties in an independent manner with little or no need for direct supervision by the chief technologist. Operates a variety of types/models of diagnostic ultrasound equipment including but not limited to multi-formatted cameras, laser images, video recorders/printers and radiographic processors.
