Description JOB SUMMARY: The Pediatric Weight Management Coordinator will implement, coordinate, and maintain the AAP Healthy Weight Clinic (HWC) Program, a collaborative initiative between HOPE Clinic and the Institute of Spirituality and Health. The Pediatric Weight Management Coordinator will facilitate the care of 12 pediatric patients and their family members as they navigate both onsite and offsite appointments, education sessions, and care needs.
