Description POSITION SUMMARY The Service Advisor is the face of Wilson County Motors in the Service Department and will be the primary point of contact for any customer coming in for service. The number one priority of the Service Writer is meeting customers on the service lane, attaining customer satisfaction, and having customer vehicles fixed right the first time. The successful candidate will assist the Service Manager in any capacity, including managing the shop when the Service Manager is unavailable.
