Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Reporting directly to the Program Coordinator, the Youth & Family Development Associate (YFDA) will work closely with the Coordinator to provide assessment driven, strength-based treatment plans to guide their treatment while in custody and upon release from custody. The YFDA will be responsible for collaborating with the other members of the youth team, including Probation Officer, Behavior Health Clinician, and service providers to inform his/her/their treatment.
