Position Summary: The IOP Behavioral Support Staff works closely with IOP clinicians to provide support to youth enrolled in the program to implement therapeutic interventions, promote positive behavior, and facilitate a safe and nurturing environment for all participants. The Behavioral Support Staff are expected to have a strong understanding of adolescent behavioral health and behavior management techniques. You will also be responsible for transporting clients.
