Description Position Summary: The Dietary Aide helps the dietitian make sure patients get the right food and nutrition. They help organize and prepare food for meals. They keep the kitchen clean, safe, and sanitary, and make sure food is prepared correctly and follows all safety rules and special diet requirements. The Dietary Aide works closely with the Dietary Director, dietitians, other dietary staff, and employees from other departments as needed.
