Description PURPOSE OF POSITION Position is located in our Jasper Rubber Products in Jasper, IN Reporting directly to the Maintenance Lead, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing preventative maintenance and repair of equipment within the rubber mixing and molding operations. The role ensures equipment reliability, production continuity, and safety compliance through expert troubleshooting and adherence to mechanical and electrical standards.
