Description SHINE Technologies is seeking a Procurement Engineer to aid in technical-based procurement activities for the Diagnostics division. The Procurement Engineer will support the identification of vendors to fulfill procurement requirements in accordance with specifications, perform item equivalency reviews, develop purchase orders, and lead receipt inspection activities to support the Chrysalis, and other SHINE-specific projects.
