JOB SUMMARY: Clinicians are responsible for the management of care and case management for clinical behavioral cases of CCAP clients. Provides comprehensive clinical social work/counseling services in keeping with CCAP mission and values and the values of the social work/counseling professions. All Clinicians work under the direction of the Clinical Director and Vice President of Family Health Services.
