Position Summary: The HVAC Mechanic, Level III, is responsible for independently performing routine preventive and predictive maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, and complex repairs on a broad range of HVAC/R systems. This role requires advanced working knowledge of mechanical and controls systems, including pneumatic and DDC controls, and proficiency with VRF, hydronic, VAV, constant volume, VFD, CRAC, and DX systems.
