We are looking for a skilled, hands-on Building Maintenance Technician to help maintain our property in Columbus. This is an active maintenance and repair position. The person in this role will personally troubleshoot and complete a variety of building repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical systems, and general property maintenance .
