Description JOB SUMMARY The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a weekly department schedule that assigns staff to client shifts that will maximize the clients budgeted hours, staff retention and profitability. The coordinator complete schedules in a timely manner, making adjustments as needed in real time, and communicating with staff effectively. We are looking for 1 FT and 1 PT person to fill this position. The hours will be Monday-Friday with on call every other weekend and the possibility to cover a shift if needed.
