Description The Meal Loadout Operator is responsible for using an automated system for loading of soy meal and soy hulls into trucks and rail cars. The job requires a self-motivated individual with the ability to switch tasks as needed between operating a computer, moving rail cars, and managing safety and sanitation standards of controlling dust accumulation while communicating and coordinating with other departments and plant personnel.
