Description POSITION SUMMARY The role of the Addictions Counselor (AC) is to provide professional and evidence-based treatment for people experiencing substance use disorders. The AC performs their role in such a way that Fora Health can fulfill its mission working in concert with other staff representing other services in the continuum of care.
