JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : - Set up and operate lathes/milling machines. - Familiar with 3 & 4 jaw chucks. - OD & ID threading - Read blueprints and create simple drawings. - Use all types of micrometers to maintain tolerances. - Reverse engineer simple parts. - Machine multiple types of materials; bronze, steel, aluminum. - Operate fork trucks, cranes, presses, and other related equipment. - Read and understand job workorders. - Be a team player willing to assist in other departments when necessary.
