The Dental Hygienist is responsible for the preventative aspect of the dental department regarding educational, clinical and follow-up activities. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: All duties are subject to accommodation in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). - Reviews and updates medical and dental history during periodic visits. - Conducts and documents blood pressures on all patients as needed. - Performs all preventative activities according to the State’s Dental Practice Act.
