Description The Account Specialist, OUTs, is responsible for developing monthly orders for residents of long-term care facilities using ostomy, urologic and tracheostomy devices and supplies. The Account Specialist reviews patient records to compile items for order and reorder on a scheduled basis to meet the needs of specific residents. The role includes gathering appropriate documentation for compliance and insurance purposes and providing proper coding for billing the orders using our enterprise platform IT system.
