In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online, scheduling appointments, monitoring and contacting leads, and acting as a first point of contact for customers. Schedule rotates very slightly. In general, it will be Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm OR 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. It would be required to work every 3rd Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
