Requirements This position requires a person who has interpersonal skills necessary to tactfully and professionally deal with tenants and the general public. Applicants must hold a high school diploma/GED equivalent and be able to pass and maintain Minnesota Background Study clearance. Valid driver's license with clean driving record is preferred.
