Access to reliable transportation is required for visits to YMCA Centers, schools and communities programming sites. QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: 1. The Y-CAP Program Advisor should have a minimum of high school diploma. 2. Previous YMCA experience, experience working with at-risk youth, and/or experience working with youth and teens is preferred. 3. Minimum age requirement of 18. Must be able to work alone with youth.
