Baristas must have the ability to: -Provide the best coffee experience possible with top notch customer service -Follow all company drink recipes and procedures. -Brew coffee and prepare smoothie drink recipes. -Operate and maintain espresso machines. -Maintain, stock and clean barista area. -Back up all food service area including cashier as needed. -Work evenings and weekends.
