Duties include: - Become familiar with the daily events that are scheduled for the day and ensure that meeting rooms are properly set up. - Prepare and monitor coffee, water, pastries, etc. as needed for the event/meeting. - Assist other personnel to set up the meeting rooms including any audio visual equipment, easel pads, etc. - Moving and setting up tables, chairs for an event and taking them down.
