This position has responsibility for the security and operation of the Emergency Shelter. Handle complaints/service issues in a positive, calm, and reassuring manner. Clarify program participants complaints, determine possible cause of the concern, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within Hubbard House policies/procedures, and follow-up to ensure resolution.
