Ideally, you have at least 3 years of experience and a lot of initiative. If you’ve ever worked in a bakery that’s even better! Performing regular preventative maintenance on our machines and plant facilities is critical. We might even ask you to do some plumbing and carpentry functions. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.
