A case manager will be responsible for connecting youth to resources, oversee goal setting and wellness tracking, as well as, billing services and maintaining accurate records. The case manager will work one-on-one with clients, handles client problems case-by-case, which might include struggles with domestic violence, physical or emotional illness, alcoholism, drug abuse and other conditions that contributed to their homelessness.
