This position starts once the snow flies! The Lift Attendant position is entry-level, designed to teach new employees the specific responsibilities/duties of a lift operator. This position is meant to be temporary and attendants are expected to progress thru training. If a person is unable to meet lift operations standards and successfully complete the lift operations test after 30 days of employment they may not be allowed to continue working in the Lift Operations Department.
