R2 is scaling quickly, and w e're looking for a Portfolio Manager (IC4) to own the credit portfolio: someone who builds a genuinely quantitative relationship with the business, tracks portfolio performance end-to-end, and can evaluate high-ticket merchant credit. We need someone who deeply understands portfolio economics, can pull and structure the data themselves, and knows how to read a portfolio and turn it into decisions.
