REPORTING AND RELATIONSHIPS You will report to the Executive Director and serve on cross departmental teams and committees. Supervising the Finance & Operations Team including the Finance & HR Generalist and Operations Manager, you provide guidance and support across the organization in the areas of finance and operations as defined in this description.
