We are looking for a Corporate Paralegal to support the corporate, legal, compliance and finance requirements of Monark and its portfolio companies. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that will help ensure our corporate entities are properly maintained, our legal and regulatory obligations are met, and our commercial relationships are appropriately documented.
