Maintain a clear overview of many ongoing orders, suppliers and delivery dates and our Kanban System Negotiate prices, lead times and conditions with suppliers. Identify shortages and supply risks before they affect production. Automate and streamline the purchasing process wherever possible. Bring more structure and clarity to our purchasing processes while keeping things simple and practical.
