Position Summary: Greet and wait on guests providing the highest level of service. Pour draft beer, wine, and prepare drinks containing liquor. Operate the point of sale system, serve and bus food and drinks to guests, as well as maintain a sanitary and clean environment. Bartenders are responsible for checking valid identification of guests who appear under the age of 35 to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcohol products.
