The Role We are seeking a hands-on Optical Systems Engineer - LiDAR and Laser Ranging to own the distance measurement subsystem at the heart of the XR Projector. The instrument currently relies on a commercial phase-shift rangefinder module; you will design the next generation optical ranging system that replaces it, from link budget and bench prototype through to a manufacturable, field-calibrated product.
