We're building a dedicated safety and risk function, and you'll lead it. Your long-term focus is our parks: leading safety standards and inspections, preparing parks for emergencies, managing injury claims, and partnering with our finance team on insurance. Along the way, you’ll also build safety programs for our two sister companies, Magma Core Solutions (MCS), which builds our parks, and Active Play Solutions (APS), which designs and manufactures the playgrounds and jump decks inside them, and help their leaders take those programs over.
