RESPONSIBILITIES: The Architectural Drafter is responsible for project management, administrative tasks, redlines, field measurements, as-built drawings, scanning and filing, and field verifications. This position will work under the direction of the Residential Designers to keep projects progressing, on task and on schedule in every aspect or phase of the project. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Environmental Design or related field. Working knowledge of basic design principles, materials, construction techniques and building codes.
