SUMMARY OF POSITION Kinsley is seeking a driven and disciplined Project Manager (PM) for our growing Heavy Civil team. The PM is responsible for all aspects of the project in the construction phase from preconstruction planning through project closeout, under the direction and oversite of the Division Vice President.
