You will be accountable for how much revenue each mobile user generates and for how long they stay. This is a senior, hands-on role with end-to-end ownership. You own the funnel from store listing to first session, trial, paid conversion, renewal and win-back. You decide what to test, what to scale and what to cut, and you are accountable for the results. We need someone who has grown ARPU and retention on subscription apps, who can run experiments quickly and independently, and who knows how to work within Apple and Google subscription rules.
