JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Training and Quality Assurance Specialist, the Services Navigator is the first point of contact many people will have with Maligaksat. This requires the Services Navigator to have a strong understanding of the Maligaksat program itself, as well as external resources available to families, children and youth. Based on information received, they will link families to the appropriate resources both inside and outside of IRC; this requires a strong understanding of ICFI and Health and Wellness programming.
