The Inter-Island Ferry Authority (IFA) is seeking a qualified Master to safely command and operate IFA vessels in port and underway. The Master has overall responsibility for the safe navigation, operation, security, and regulatory compliance of the assigned vessel. While on duty, the Master exercises full command authority over all individuals aboard the vessel, including crew members, passengers, off-duty IFA employees, contractors, and galley personnel.
