The ideal candidate should have experience with CSI MasterFormat Divisions 21, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 33 construction items, details, and costs to be successful. Your Responsibilities: Research and generate new items and CSI MasterFormat divisions to the database including descriptions, scope clarifications, markups, labor, material, and equipment costs. Independently develop detailed cost estimates and unit-price content with minimal oversight, using sound assumptions and documenting the basis of the estimate.
