We are currently seeking a full-time Groundman. The ideal candidate will need to possess excellent leadership skills that achieve results and surpasses goals. The Groundman is responsible for the safe and efficient operation, cleanup, and maintenance of an aggregate (sand, gravel, crushed stone) processing plant. This role involves operating the wash out station, manual labor, equipment operation support, and assisting with maintenance activities to ensure the plant operates smoothly and safely.
