JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Controller, the Job Cost Analyst is responsible for supporting the financial management of construction projects by ensuring accurate job costing, project reporting, budgeting, work-in-progress (WIP) analysis, and project financial performance. Working closely with Project Managers, Operations, Estimating, and the Finance team, this role monitors project costs from project award through closeout to ensure timely and accurate financial information for decision-making.
