EMS: While on duty in ED, the Paramedic is on call for Libby and Troy ambulance services as pre-medical center ALS and as transferring caretaker of ambulance transport patients to higher level care facilities. The ED Charge RN, in conjunction with the ED Physician, has final decision in releasing the Paramedic for pre-medical center response or transportation of patients to higher level care facilities.
