The Role BPX is hiring a Change Management Lead to make sure the martech and data platforms we deliver are actually adopted and used to drive results. You will lead change and enablement across large, multi-year transformation programmes for enterprise clients, where marketing teams are moving to new engagement platforms such as Braze, new customer data foundations, and new ways of working with content and campaigns.
